In order to provide guidance on Corporate Governance issues, Shoreline Natural Resources has approved various policies and practices which are reviewed periodically to ensure continued relevance. The Business Conduct and Ethics Code of Shoreline Natural Resources which is an expression of our shared values embodies the companies stance on ethical issues and applies to everyone who works for or with it whether as an employee, director or business partner.
